When your celebration can’t be confined to a single evening, we’re here to curate a meaningful weekend of festivities for you and your guests. In addition to the big event, we’ll plan, design, and produce your rehearsal dinner, welcome cocktails, and more.
Our in-depth design questionnaire helps us develop a nuanced understanding of your vision. Based on this, we’ll create your custom design blueprint. If you have already selected your venue, we begin with a thorough property assessment—if, on the other hand, you haven’t yet chosen a venue, we’ll start off with our extensive venue-search process. From there, we dig deep into your event priorities and develop a budget that aligns perfectly with your goals. We’ll then share vendor recommendations for photography, entertainment, beauty, and more.
On your wedding day, Amy will act as your event project manager, while Emily will be the creative director. Along with our team of at least four day-of assistants, we’ll lead your vendor team expertly, execute your design vision impeccably, and ensure a seamless experience for you and your guests. Your only job? Enjoy every second of your celebration.
We’ll work together to hand-select your design vendor team such as your florist, furniture and decor rentals, and more. We host a final comprehensive review of your master wedding budget—with a focus on your wedding design decisions—before beginning collaboration with your creative team on logistical and production details.
